Youth Striking Warmup Punching

Youth Striking

All skill levels welcome. Students will participate in solo and partner drills that develop and build on technical skills that can be used efficiently in self defense and athletic competition. With a high emphasis on safety most if any sparring is dedicated to body strikes and form sparring to maintain wellness for growing minds.

Students will develop agility, balance, coordination, and spatial awareness, while developing friendships, teamwork and social skills.
