
Greg Barker is a high-energy coach with a background in mathematics and engineering. His fitness journey began in college, where he lost over 50 pounds as a member of Vision Fitness and developed a passion for strength training and personal growth. Since then, Greg has focused on challenging himself and those around him to embrace discomfort, build resilience, and get stronger every day with a positive attitude. He leads a fast-paced class on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 5:45–6:45 AM that combines boxing fundamentals with functional strength training for a high-intensity, results-driven experience.
