Joey Patterson

Joey has a Bachelors in Criminal Justice from the University of Findlay. Coming from a family of athletics, Joey’s father was in the NFL and his mother placed 4th in the country in downhill snow skiing. Joey was a 3 year Letterman on a NCAA nationally ranked wrestling team in college , wrestled at Sycamore High School and was a Cincinnati Golden Gloves Boxer under the great Billy Joiner. He is International Sports Science Certified, Master Trainer, Professional Coach including UFC, Bellator, ACA, World Series of Fighting and Professional Boxing. As a coach Joey has cornered amateur and professional Title fights including a MMA World Championship and WBO Title in boxing. Joey has worked with high school, collegiate, Olympian and professional athletes from all sports on speed, strength, balance and injury prevention. Schools including Sycamore, Princeton, Moeller, Cincinnati Country Day, Cincinnati Hebrew Day School, St X , Ohio State, The College of Mt. St. Joe, and Xavier’s Division 1 NCAA men’s basketball team.

Aside from being involved in athletic training, Joey’s passion is to help every day people in fitness and health, including intercity youth, senior citizens, special needs and post therapy injuries. Joey lives in the Cincinnati area with his 10 year old son Roman.
