I pulled my pec in my first jiujitsu competition and my guys Tim and Anthony didn't miss a beat. They got together to create a full rehab/strengthening routine for me and got me back on the mats within 3 months - and I was actually stronger and in better shape than before getting hurt. These guys and gals know what they're doing and they welcomed me in like I was their own family. I can't recommend this gym enough! Update a year later: this gym still rules. They are making improvements every day from the new rooms/spaces available to new equipment in the gym. It’s cool to see the gym population growing while still feeling like a welcoming family every time I walk in. Can’t speak highly enough about the guys and gals here!

Anthony takes careful consideration into his approach when treating injuries, he listens to feedback and adjusts accordingly. Anthony also spends time out on the gym floor observing and will assist with adjustments in form as needed. He is the best! I highly recommend Anthony and the entire training team at Vision.
